Civil War Carbine Cartridge Box

This is a 100% original carbine cartridge box used by a cavalryman in the Civil War. Leather still pliable. Overall very good condition with crazing on the leather, and the tip of the closing tab is torn off (not all of it). The belt loops are present and intact. A nice piece of American military history from Lincoln’s Army.
